Court action
Sky High Designs Inc. will pursue Trixel, Trixel Digital, DesignToSeo, and designtoseo.com in court for use of the Sky High Designs name and brand. They have no right to use that name. We will ask the court to stop that use and to grant the other remedies the law allows.

- A franchisee, licensee, reseller, or authorized agent
- A partner, an endorsed vendor, or a joint venture
- A successor that took over our clients, contracts, domains, or accounts
What that means if you are a client or a vendor
- A quote, proposal, statement of work, or contract in the name of Trixel or DesignToSeo is not a Sky High Designs document.
- An invoice from those names is not an invoice from Sky High Designs Inc. Paying it does not pay us, and it does not settle an amount you owe us.
- Money, files, domains, ad accounts, or analytics access given to those names is not given to Sky High Designs.
- Their warranties, refunds, deadlines, and debts are theirs. They are not ours, and ours are not theirs.
- We do not operate, host, or support designtoseo.com. Text on that site is not our text, even where the offer sounds like ours.
- We do not hire under Trixel or Trixel Digital. A job post in those names is not a Sky High Designs job.
- Someone who used to work with Sky High Designs cannot bind this company after that work ends. Working under another brand does not keep that authority, and it does not pull the other brand into this company.
- We will not ask you to pay Trixel or DesignToSeo for a Sky High Designs project, and we will not ask you to move a Sky High Designs contract onto those names. A message that does either of those things is not from us.
