Sky High Capital website redesign

Rebuilt skyhighcapital.io from a thin WordPress brochure into a consulting site that matches the brand — clear service pages, and phones load the main screen about 1.5× faster (LCP ~4.1s → 2.7s).

The challenge

The live site at skyhighcapital.io still felt like an early crypto brochure: thin layout, broken characters on the page, weak hierarchy, and almost no path from “who we are” to a real consulting offer.

On a phone, Google’s speed score sat at 77. The main screen — what Google calls LCP, Largest Contentful Paint — took about 4.1 seconds to show up. Accessibility scored 60: rough if you use larger text, a screen reader, or keyboard-only browsing. The page also jumped while it loaded (layout shift), which makes people miss buttons or feel the site is broken.

The company had already moved into fintech consulting — accounting, financial advice, company formation — but the public site was still selling blockchain games and Discord joins. Anyone arriving from a sales call had nowhere useful to land.

What we did

Over four weeks we rebuilt the site to match the 2026 brand: Signal Yellow, Sky Blue, Deep Indigo, Poppins and Exo 2. Strategy stayed with Sky High Capital. Design and build were ours.

The sections below cover the look, the service pages, how enquiries flow into the CRM, and the speed numbers we measured after launch — including LCP in plain language.

A homepage that looks like the brand

The old site felt empty and dated. The new homepage opens on a full-width illustrated city that moves as you scroll, then walks through services, ecosystem, and blog. Typography and colour follow the 2026 guidelines so the consulting brand reads the same on the phone as on a big monitor.

This is not decoration for its own sake. A visitor from a sales call should immediately feel they landed in the right place — not in a leftover crypto brochure.

A page for every conversation

We added a dedicated page for each consulting offer — accounting, financial advice, company formation, Web3, CRM, Power BI, and related lines. That way ads and search traffic match the conversation people are already having, instead of dumping everyone on a generic homepage.

Thirteen service pages later, paid clicks and organic visits have somewhere useful to land. The brochure problem is gone: each offer can explain itself without competing for space on one crowded page.

Enquiries that reach the right queue

Enquiries land in the CRM first, then the calendar opens for booking. That order matters: sales gets a named lead before anyone picks a slot, and no one falls into a dead form inbox.

For Capital’s team, that means fewer “who was that person?” moments after a busy week of calls.

Speed you can feel on a phone

After launch, mobile PageSpeed Insights (lab) landed at Performance 96, with Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO at 100.

LCP — Largest Contentful Paint, the time until the main screen content shows up — went from about 4.1 seconds to 2.7 seconds. That is roughly 1.5× faster: less blank screen while someone waits on mobile data. CLS — Cumulative Layout Shift, how much the page jumps while loading — dropped to zero, so buttons stay where your finger expects them. Total Blocking Time also hit 0 ms in that lab run: the page was not freezing under its own scripts.

Numbers alone do not sell a consulting firm. But a slow, jumpy first visit can kill trust before the first sentence of the pitch lands. Making the site feel solid is part of the brand.

What changed for visitors

Before: a sparse page, odd characters, and a pitch that did not match the real business. After: a brand-led consulting site with parallax storytelling on the home, thirteen offer pages, CRM-first booking, and a mobile experience that loads the main screen about 1.5× faster with no layout jump.

That is the kind of gap a kebab-shop owner or a bakery can feel without knowing what LCP stands for — the site stops feeling broken and starts feeling like a company that has its act together. The jargon is there for people who want receipts; the experience is there for everyone else.
